Two Tone Games and Inkblock are operated by Ozsly LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information our web arcade and mobile games use and why.
We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any login. Your scores, settings, streaks, and unlocked designs are stored locally on your own device (in browser storage on the web, or on-device storage in the mobile app). We cannot see them.
Our free web arcade and mobile games display advertisements provided by Google (Google AdSense on the web and Google AdMob in the mobile app). To show, cap, and measure ads, Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, or mobile advertising identifiers (such as IDFA on iOS and Advertising ID on Android), along with your IP address (for approximate location), browser/device type, and how you interact with ads. Your choices: On the web, you can manage or opt out of personalized ads at Google Ads Settings or via the cookie/privacy choices banner where required (including EEA/UK/Switzerland and US state privacy opt-outs). On iPhone and iPad, the app asks permission before tracking, and on Android or iOS you can reset your advertising ID in device settings or open Settings → Ad choices inside the app.
The optional Remove Ads purchase ($1.99, one-time) in the mobile app is processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never receive your payment details—only confirmation that the purchase is active so ads stay off.
Our games and website are intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
